20 Photos That Will Make You Want To Visit Sri Lanka

We spent a month in Sri Lanka doing our best to explore and see everything on offer. Here we made memories to last a lifetime in a country that is filled with wonderful wildlife, incredible scenery and the most amazing beaches. It is a country we would not hesitate in returning to.

Found in the Indian Ocean close to India, Sri Lanka is a relatively small island country yet it has so much to see. Sri Lanka is the perfect destination for travellers thanks to the variety of things to do, the cheap prices and the ease at which you can get around.

Ella, Mirissa, Unawatuna, Galle and Tangalle are just some of the places you will want to visit. During our time in Sri Lanka, we saw the wild elephant in Udawalawe National Park, Swam with sharks in Trincomalee, relaxed on the beaches in Unawatuna and checked out some amazing sites in Galle Fort. On top of this, we admired the famous Sigiriya Rock and hiked to the top of Ella Rock.
